I have taken the time to research more into panic and anxiety attacks and discovered some great additional resources that you should take the time to look at.

The Anxiety Release Method is the 'NEW' and improved updated version of Panic Away.  The only real difference is Joe Barry (creator of Panic Away) has some great bonuses included and there is an excellent forum to share your experiences and meet people who have also experienced panic attacks.

The National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) is the largest scientific organization in the world dedicated to research focused on the understanding, treatment, and prevention of mental disorders and the promotion of mental health.

The American Psychological Association provides answers to your questions about panic and anxiety disorders.

This is a great website that has a very comprehensive support network for a wide range of health issues. People share their advice, treatment and experience. You can remain anonymous and joining is free.
